  • I only call from anonymous or unknown number after a client request a booking.
  • I only make 3 attempts to reach you at the phone number that you provided when the call is booked.

MAKING A PURCHASE IS A COMMITMENT

I only offer 15-minutes, 30-minutes, 45-minutes or 60-minutes phone readings.

Readings purchased through this website are done on an appointment basis. Once a purchase is made the time required to provide the service requested is blocked off on LP's calendar. This means that I am unable to take another appointment at that time.

Please do not schedule or block off multiple appointments on the calendar. Sometimes mistakes or uncertainty can happen when scheduling an appointment, which is understandable. Therefore, once you are certain of the appointment time you would like, make sure the time slot you do not want has been freed up for another customer.

In the event a client purchases or reading and must cancel we ask that this is done no less than 24 hours in advance so that the time slot that was blocked off may be made available to another customer.

Please note: If you schedule an appointment and payment has been submitted and you fail to cancel within 24 hours of that appointment, I regret to inform you that I do not necessarily guarantee a refund in full. Refunds would be made on a case-by-case basis and relative to the circumstances.

PAYING FOR READINGS

By selecting to purchase a reading you will first be directed to the scheduler, where you will be asked to select a time and date for your reading. Thereafter you will be required to complete a contact form and then will be taken, automatically to make a payment for the service you have selected. Please provide your full name and an accurate phone number to avoid. Your appointment will only be confirmed when payment is received in full. Please do not schedule more than one appointment unless the intention is to pay for both.

    AFTER YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE AND APPOINTMENT IS ACCEPTED?

    You'll receive a call from me on the date at the time you selected. Please provide a valid phone number and make sure it is the best number where you can be reached at the time you make your purchase.

    Some cell phones or land lines have applications installed that may prevent NON-PUBLISHED or BLOCKED calls from being accepted. Please make certain your phone will accept “Unknown or Anonymous” inbound calls because that is the only way I will reach out.

    I will make three (3) attempts to reach you at the phone number you’ve provided at the time you schedule your appointment. If for any reason you do not answer the third call, you will need to reschedule. Please be sure to note that I will try again at the rescheduled time. I will make three attempts to reach you at the phone number you've provided; however, if you are once again not available, your appointment is forfeit and I am under no obligation to provide another appointment for you without another payment.

    WHAT IF I CANNOT TAKE THE CALL?

    I understand that emergencies happen. I would appreciate that you notify me as early as possible to avoid cancellation fees. You are welcome to revisit my calendar to reschedule the call.

    WHAT IF THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABE ON YOUR CALENDAR? IS THERE ANY WAY TO REACH YOU ON A MOMENT’S NOTICE?

    My scheduler is set up in advance; however, I do try to monitor it daily. So, you will always be able to see when I am available for consultation. If it appears there is no appointment available, please reach out to me directly at lp@ladypersephone.com I will do my best to accommodate you by placing your request on a que or a waitlist in case if there are any last minute cancellations.

    I DON’T LIVE IN THE USA, CAN I GET A PHONE READING?

    I'd be happy to work with you, but international clients should be aware of two things. First, I provide my phone readings in my native language, English. If you are conversant in English, then I would love to read for you. Secondly, I am not able to make calls to phones/phone numbers located in other countries at this time. If you would like to arrange a phone reading with me, I require that you get a US phone number for me to call. I am also offering international readings via Zoom.
